How do I book a stay?

You can book directly on our website for the best rates. Simply choose your property and dates and follow the secure checkout process. We are also listed on major platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com.

What amenities are included?

All our properties are professionally cleaned and come equipped with essentials for a comfortable stay. This includes fresh linens and towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen basics (coffee, tea, oil, salt), and toiletries (shampoo, soap). Specific amenities are detailed on each property's listing page.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in is from 15:00 (3:00 PM) and check-out is by 11:00 (11:00 AM). Most of our properties feature convenient self-check-in. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please ask us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How do payments and security deposits work?

For direct bookings, we accept major credit cards via our secure payment processor. A refundable security deposit may be pre-authorized on your card before check-in to cover potential damages. This deposit is automatically released after a successful post-stay inspection.

What if I have an issue during my stay?
